Our pipeline spans multiple indications and platform extensions.

DPX-01 — Recurrent GBM

Lead program targeting recurrent glioblastoma multiforme. Currently advancing through preclinical studies with IND-enabling activities planned for 2027. First-in-human Phase I trials targeted for 2028.

DPX-01 — Bone Metastasis

Expanding the DPX-01 platform to treat bone metastases from solid tumors. Preclinical studies in osteolytic lesion models. Discovery phase initiated in 2026.

DPX-02 — Hypoxic Prostate Cancer

Next-generation formulation optimized for hypoxic tumor microenvironments. Prostate cancer represents a large addressable market with significant unmet need in castration-resistant disease.

DPX-03 — GBM Drug Release

Advanced nanoparticle formulation with selective drug release capabilities. Combines RadioPDT with targeted chemotherapy payload for enhanced anti-tumor effect in glioblastoma.

DPX-01 — ImmunoRadioPDT

Combination of RadioPDT with immune checkpoint modulation. Leverages radiation-induced immunogenic cell death to prime anti-tumor immune response for durable cancer control.

DPX-0x — Image-Guided RadioPDT

Theranostic platform combining therapy with real-time imaging. Enables visualization of nanoparticle distribution and treatment response for personalized dosing.
